Louise F. Blithe (nee Feurer), age 93 died on September 3, 2008. Born in Pocomoke City, MD she lived in Sewell most of her life. With her husband, she owned and operated Moores Liquor Store in Sewell for over 60 years. Louise was an active member of Ascension Lutheran Church in Haddon Heights where she taught Sunday School. She enjoyed summers in Avalon fishing and crabbing. Louise was also an avid gardener and devoted grandmother.
She is survived by her husband of 66 years William Howard Blithe, daughters Dr. Barbara B. (Bruce) Ware of NH, Susan B. (Dale) Dietz of Mullica Hill, grandchildren Brett (Nicole) Ware, Alyssa (David) LaForce, Bruce Douglas Ware, great grandson Jacob LaForce, and nephew James (June) Wescott. She was predeceased by her father Jacob Feurer and stepmother Susannah Feurer and sister Pauline Wescott.
Friends may call on Monday after 10am in the Kelley Funeral Home, 125 Pitman Ave, Pitman, NJ 08071. Funeral service will be at 11am. Interment Locustwood Cemetery. Contributions may be made in her name to Ascension Lutheran Church, 4th and Highland Ave, Haddon Heights, NJ 08035.
