Obituary of James Henry Wigmore

James Henry Wigmore, age 81 died on January 25, 2013. Raised in Hingham, MA he lived in Pitman since 1972. James proudly served in the US Army for 21 years. He was a decorated veteran having served in the Korean War, retiring in 1972 as Chief Warrant Officer. After retirement, James worked for the Philadelphia Naval Yard as an Engineering Technician from 1972-1992. He was the beloved husband the late Doris M. (nee Burgess) and devoted companion of Jeanne DuBois for the past 8 years. He is also survived by his daughter Kimberly Wigmore-Garcia, grandson Christopher D. Van Antwerp, granddaughters Lauren Van Antwerp-Lentz, Gabrielle Wigmore, Mary and Hannah Garcia, great grandson Christopher J. Van Antwerp, sisters Carol McCusker, Ruth Harrington, Marge Jodan, Connie Gellatly. He was predeceased by sisters Nancy Delorey, Robert Wigmore, William Wigmore and Daniel "Bud" Wigmore. Friends may greet the family on Thursday 7-9pm and Friday after 10am in the Kelley Funeral Home, 125 Pitman Ave, Pitman, NJ. Funeral service will be at 11am on Friday.
