Obituary of William Clinton Ellis

William C. Ellis, age 55 died on October 17, 2008 after complications from a liver transplant he received on June 10, 2008. He lived most of his life in Pitman and was a graduate of Washington Twp. High School in 1971. He was a Vietnam veteran serving in the Marines from 1970-1973. Bill attended Camden County College for computer science. He helped the support group Addictions Victorious where he helped minister people to the Lord. He was an active member of Joy Community Fellowship Church in Pitman.
He will be sorely missed by his wife Ruth S. (nee Stock), children Alyssa and Joshua Ellis, step daughter Ashley Kamerling, mother Violet N. Horner, sister Diane Lyn Melnyk, step sister Sandra Calabrese and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial service Friday 7:30pm in the Joy Community Fellowship Church, 309 Florence Ave, Pitman, NJ 08071. Contributions may be made to Compassionate Ministry at Joy Community Fellowship Church. Memorials shared at www.kelleyfhpitman.com.
