Obituary of Vincent Spinella

Vincent Spinella, age 76 years, of Glassboro died Nov. 7 at Kennedy Mem. Hospital, Wash. Twp. Division. Born in Italy, he moved to Vineland in 1949, and had been a resident of Glassboro for 43 years. He was employed by the Hammonton Sewing Factory, and retired from the Glassboro Highway Dept. in 1994 after 20 years. He was a member of St. Bridget's Church and St. Anthony Benevolent Association.
Survived by his wife of 53 years, Rose (nee Scaffidi), daughter Sarah Pirri (John) of Hammonton, son Anthony of Glassboro, grandchildren Rose Klotz (Michael), Nicholas and Cristina, sisters Sarah Amato, Tina Scaffidi, Josephine Scaffidi, and brother Gus Spinella.
Friends may call on Tuesday from 7 to 9 PM in the KELLEY FUNERAL HOME, 125 Pitman Ave., Pitman, NJ, and in St. Bridget's Church, Church St., Glassboro, from 10 to 10:45 AM on Wednesday. Funeral mass at 11 AM. Interment St. Bridget's Cemetery. Memorials may be shared at www.kelleyfhpitman.com.
