Obituary of Sarah M. Martinson

Sarah May Martinson (nee Leafey), age 82, died on December 18, 2008. Raised in Woodbury, she was a graduate of Woodbury High School and lived most of her life in Glassboro. She worked as a bookkeeper for Owens Illinois Co. in Glassboro and retired in 1981 after 25 years. She was a member of the Bethlehem United Church of Christ and the Golden Slipper Club.
She was the wife of the late Carl V. Martinson.
Survived by children Evelyn (Joseph) Porreca of Glassboro, Victor (Karen) Martinson of Pitman, brother Joseph Leafey of Mt. Laurel, sister Catherine Yahrling of National Park, grandchildren Joseph, Michael (Brooke) and Sharon Porreca, John and Carl Martinson and great granddaughter Ava Porreca.
Friends may call on Tuesday after 9am in the KELLEY FUNERAL HOME, 125 Pitman Ave, Pitman, NJ. Funeral service 11am. Interment at Manahath Cemetery. Memorials at www.kelleyfhpitman.com.
