Obituary of Robert Carson Slack

Robert "Bob" Carson Slack, 59 died on February 28, 2009 at his home in Leesburg, FL where he had lived for the past 4 years. He lived for most of his life in Greenfield, MA, where he was a loving father of two boys and the owner and operator of the local Radio Shack for 25 years. He was a graduate of Lehigh University class of 1971 with a degree in Business Management and of Millville Senior High School class of 1967. He enjoyed spending time with his boys, RV camping and playing computer games. Bob is survived by his father and mother Neal and Dorothy Slack of Millville; brother David and sister in law Kathy of Ewan; brother James and sister in law Gemma of Potomac, MD; sister Margaret Valvo of Grants Pass, OR; sister Cynthia and brother in law Joe Ehlinger of Riverside, CT; son Christopher and daughter in law Bethany of South Hamilton, MA; son William and daughter in law Jamie and his granddaughter Amelia of Boston, MA. He is also remembered by his close friend Barbara Sedgwick of Leesburg, FL who was a great support and companion in his final years. Friends may call on Saturday, March 7 after 10am in the First Presbyterian Church, 192 N. 2nd St, Millville, NJ. Funeral service will be at 11am. Interment Hillcrest Memorial Park.
