Obituary of Thomas A. Vendetta

Thomas Anthony Vendetta, 53 years, died March 14, 2009 at his home. He was born in Phila., PA, has lived in Pitman since 1969, and was a graduate of Pitman High School in 1975. He was a member and served as 1st Lieutenant of the Civil Air Patrol for the last 8 years. He was the general merchandise manager for the Millville Acme Store for 1 year and prior worked for 30 years for Shop N Bag Grocery Store in Brigantine, NJ. He is survived by his wife of 26 years S. Carole (nee Jones), children Melissa (Tom) Zaremba of Turnersville, Laura, Thomas, Emily, and Hannah all at home, sisters Lena Dempster, Patricia Barton, Christina Ferrell, and brothers Nicholas, Joseph and John. Friends may call from 6 to 9PM Tuesday in the KELLEY FUNERAL HOME, 125 Pitman Ave., Pitman, NJ, and from 9:30 to 10:45AM Wed. in the 1st Presbyterian Church, 315 S. Broadway, Pitman, NJ.
