Obituary of Peter A. Yurgin, Jr.

Peter Yurgin, Jr., age 84 died on June 4, 2009. He currently lived in Egg Harbor Twp and was a former resident of Pitman. Peter operated his family restaurant the Pitman Diner for many years in downtown Pitman. He also was the manager for Endicott Johnson Shoe Store in Pitman. Peter retired from the Williamstown Post Office where he was a Postman for many years. He was a member of the Moose Lodge and enjoyed going to Fortesque, NJ. He is survived by his children Peter III (Jan), George (Mary), daughter in law Gerry Yurgin, sister Ann Geisler, grandchildren Peter IV, Brian, Michele, Philip, Lisa, George Jr., April, Paul, Tara, Phillip and 6 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his son Steven and grand daughter Stacy. Friends may call on Monday after 9:30am in the Kelley Funeral Home, 125 Pitman Ave, Pitman, NJ. Funeral service 11am. Interment Eglington Cemetery.
