Pasquale "Pat" E. Certo, age 76 died on July 5, 2009 at his summer residence in Ocean View, NJ. Born in Glassboro, he graduated from the Newburgh Free Academy in Newburgh, NY in 1951. He has lived in Glassboro since 1955. Pasquale was a Korean Army veteran and served from 1953-1955. He worked for Owens Illinois in Glassboro as a Photo Composer, retiring after 40 years. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years Anita E. (nee DiMeo), daughters Patricia Certo of Sicklerville, Elaine (Rocky) Desiderio of Franklinville, grandsons Dilan and Rocco and sister Anna (Vincent) Leone of Williamstown.
Friends may call on after 9:30 on Thursday in the Kelley Funeral Home, 125 Pitman Ave, Pitman, NJ. Funeral service will be at 11am. Interment Gloucester County Veteran's Cemetery.
