Dorothy M. "Dot" Bakley (nee Beilstein) passed away on December 16, 2009. She was 97. Born in Emsworth, PA she lived most of her life in Pitman and Williamstown.
She was a charter member of St. James Lutheran Church in Pitman. Dot was a homemaker who enjoyed housekeeping, gardening and yard work, crossword puzzles and spending time with her family.
She is predeceased by her late husband Benjamin C. Bakley and daughter Mary E. Chillari. She is survived by three daughters JoAnn Maguire and Helen Hampton of Pitman with whom she lived, Matilda Drissel and husband Robert of Glassboro, sister Mayme Schanbacher of Belvidere, NJ, 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call on Monday after 10am in the Kelley Funeral Home, 125 Pitman Ave, Pitman, NJ. Funeral service 11am. Interment Hillcrest Memorial Park. Contributions may be made to Samaritan Hospice, 5 Eves Dr, Suite 300, Marlton, NJ 08053. Memorials may be shared at www.kelleyfhpitman.com.
