Louise S. Watson (Schumacher), age 89, passed away peacefully at home with loving family at her side on April 28, 2010. She was born in Camden on April 1, 1921. A graduate of Glassboro State College, she was a sixth grade teacher at Clementon School and retired as a librarian at West Deptford High School. Louise enjoyed traveling, cooking and watching westerns.
She was predeceased by her parents Rudolph and Louisa Schumacher, husband Arthur Reed Cordner and husband Elmer (Pete) Watson and granddaughter Sharon L. Scafide (Dallas). Survived by son Robert Cordner and daughter Kathleen L. Dallas, grandchildren Kathleen R. Dallas, Tracy Oplinger, Scott Dallas, Jill Tegley, Amy Marshall, David Cordner and 9 great grandchildren.
Friends may call on Tuesday after 9am in the Kelley Funeral Home, 125 Pitman Ave, Pitman, NJ. Funeral service will be at 10am. Interment Hillcrest Memorial Park. Memories may be shared at www.kelleyfhpitman.com.
