Text that is to appear on web must be entered before this line) Rev. Harold Franklin Turk, age 88, went to be with the Lord on July 19, 2010. He was a resident of Richwood for the past 15 years. He was a graduate of Glassboro High School (1938), Rutgers University and Conwell School of Theology of Temple University. He pastored United Methodist Churches in southern and central New Jersey for 45 years, and was an ordained member of the Southern New Jersey and Greater New Jersey Annual Conferences of the United Methodist Church for 55 years. He was active in and served on the Board of Directors of Delanco Camp Meeting Association for more than 40 years. He enjoyed spending time with his family. His interests included gardening, camping/traveling and history. He is survived by his children Rev. Gary (Linda), Dr. Gordon, Dr. Gayla, and Gloria Turk; grandchildren Heather (Charles) Wilson, Cheryl Turk, Gary Jr. (Holly), Sophia Cianfrano, and great grandchildren Caitlin Wilson, Madison and Aidan Turk. He is predeceased by his beloved wife, Claire, and granddaughter Rebecca Lynn Turk. Friends may call on Friday from 9:00 to 10:45am in the Evangelical United Methodist Church, 14 W. Cohawkin Rd, Clarksboro, NJ 08020. Funeral service will be at 11am. Interment Richwood Cemetery.
