Obituary of Irene C. Wilcox

C. Irene Wilcox (nee Satterfield), age 93 died on December 28, 2010 at the Pitman Manor where she lived for the past three years. She was the daughter of the late Floyd Satterfield and Elsie Jane Campbell. Born in Buckhannon, WV, she lived in Glassboro over 75 years and was a graduate of Glassboro High School in 1935. Irene retired after many years working in the cafeteria at J. Harvey Rodgers School in Glassboro. She was a member of the Women's Club of Pitman, T.E.N. and the Glassboro Eastern Star. She was the wife of the late Harry Wilcox. Survived by her daughters Jane (Bob) Packer, Sandra (Mike) Razze, grandchildren Greg Packer, Michael (Tammy) Razze, Amanda (Frank) Meyer, Stephanie (Tony) Tartaglia and 9 great grandchildren Nicholas, Anthony, Carly and Lucas Razze, Harry, Ryan and Shelby Tartaglia, Olivia and Vivian Meyer. She was predeceased by her brother Carl Satterfield. Friends may call on Friday after 10am in the Kelley Funeral Home,125 Pitman Ave, Pitman, NJ. Memorial service will be at 11am.
