Obituary of Janice G. Seran

Janice G. Seran (nee Glover) age 65 years, died suddenly January 16, 2011 at her home. She was born in Woodbury, and lived in the Jefferson area of Mantua Twp. until 1998, when she moved to Washington Twp. She was a graduate of Clearview High School in 1963, and Bucknell University in 1967. After graduation, Jan worked in the banking industry in Camden. She retired after 19 years as a bookkeeper for Optical World in the Deptford Mall. She was an avid Philadelphia sports fan, reader, and loved spending time on the beach in Avalon, NJ with her family. She was a devoted mother to Krista (Jason) Seran, Stephanie (Ryan) Shainline, and Clifford C. (Alison) Seran, Jr., grandmother to Gabriella, Paul, Alexandria, Victoria, Griffin, and Daphne. Also survived by brothers Donald W. (Margaret) Glover, Jr., Henry M. (Michelle) Glover, sisters Susan (Doug) Gominger, and Sarah O'Donnell. Friends may call from 7 to 9PM Wednesday and 10 to 11AM Thursday in the KELLEY FUNERAL HOME, 125 Pitman Ave., Pitman, NJ. Funeral services 11AM. Interment Hillcrest Memorial Park.
