Obituary of Vivian E. Hendrickson

Vivian E. Hendrickson (nee Eckert), age 96 died on February 6, 2011 at the Pitman Manor. She was raised in Scranton and graduated as a Registered Nurse from Cooper Hospital. She was the Superintendent of Lakeland Psychiatric Institute for over 25 years. After retirement she moved to Glassboro, NJ. Vivian was an active member of the First Presbyterian Church of Pitman. She was the wife of the late Mortimer Hendrickson. She is survived by her children Vincent Hendrickson of Chicago, IL, Verna Hendrickson of Danville, VA, many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Vivian was predeceased by her sisters Winnie Mathias, Cora Evans and her brother Walter Eckert. Graveside services will be at 12 noon on Wednesday, February 9, 2011 in Bethel Cemetery, Delsea Dr, Hurffville. Memoires may be shared at www.kelleyfhpitman.com.
