Maria J. Colligen (nee Stein) age 92 years of Glassboro, NJ, died February 22 at Kennedy Memorial Hospital, Washington Twp., NJ. Born and raised in Essen, Germany, she came to the United States in 1950. She lived in San Francisco and Philadelphia before moving to Glassboro in 1960. She was a member of St. Bridget's Church and the International Ladies Club. Predeceased by her husband Captain W. H. "Harry" Colligen and her sisters Luise, Agi, and Trude.
Survived by her son Bruce H. of Princeton, NJ, and grandchildren Brittany and Brandon.
Friends may call on Saturday after 10AM in the KELLEY FUNERAL HOME, 125 Pitman Ave., Pitman, NJ. Funeral service at 11AM. Interment private. Memories may be shared at www.kelleyfhpitman.com.
