Obituary of John Patrick Donahue

John Patrick Donahue, age 68 died on July 31, 2011. Raised in Pennsauken, he lived in Pitman over 40 years. John attended University of Pennsylvania, West Point and graduated from Rutgers University. John was a Vietnam Army Veteran and during his time in the military he wrote for the Stars and Stipes. He worked for Rowan University for over 34 years as a Data Analyst. He was a member of the Academy of Model Aeronautics and an avid sailor. He attended Fellowship Bible Church where he was in the choir and a member of the Praise Team.
Survived by his children Summer and Michael Donahue, brother Robert (Maureen) and long time companion Dolores Christman.
Friends may call on Saturday after 10am in Fellowship Bible Church, 590 Jackson Rd, Sewell, NJ 08080. Memorial service will be at 11am. Contributions may be made to the church. Memories may be shared at www.kelleyfhpitman.com.
