It's been my pleasure to work with MaryAnn at GCC; she is always pleasant, warm, kind, helpful and understanding. After reading about her mother, I feel she learned it from her, by example. How nice, to leave such a legacy. I know you will miss your mother MaryAnn, but I also know she will always be with you in the wonderful memories you have made with her.

Fond memories of Irene and family from years ago. Daughters were little girls and we visited with her sister Katherine. Sincere sympathy to the families. God Bless All!

Dear Maryann and Jane, I have memories (old memories) of Irene sitting on our front porch in Clayton, visiting with my Mom (probably before her marriage to Maryan who happened to live down the street). Through the years, she remained friendly with Mom and me, later keeping in touch with cards -- a very caring person.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this time. One of my fondest memories was when my Aunt Irene took a bus trip to Boston and I got to show her around the city and take her out to eat. She actually probably took me. That was almost 20 years ago and I remember every bit of it. My other fond memory was in 1987 when I moved to MA and my Aunt Irene and Uncle Maryan took me in for a few days on my way there. I sat in there kitchen telling them stories about my trip from Texas and enjoyed so much being there with them I think I stayed an extra day. Also, about 10 years ago Aunt Irene starting calling me every once in awhile and I remember enjoying hearing from her. She was always so kind and caring. I'll remember her voice forever. I know she will be missed. God bless her and all who loved her. Ruth
